Raising Cane's Is Open in Coral Gables, and Yes, the Hype Is Real

The chicken finger fanatics won: Raising Cane's is officially in Coral Gables. The first Gables location opened at 3600 SW 22nd Street just off Coral Way, complete with a raffle, prizes for the first 100 customers, and a line that told you everything about the hype.

The quick take: chicken fingers, crinkle fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and the famous Cane's sauce, open late until 2am on weekdays and 3am on weekends. I tried it for the first time at this opening and it is, honestly, some of the best fried chicken I have ever had.
