Have you been to @osumisushibar? This elevated Japanese-American fusion restaurant with a touch of Latin flair opened recently on Giralda Avenue.

Ōsumi, \”dwell\” in Japanese, delights the senses with its impeccable food, signature drinks, and beautiful atmosphere.

Delicious with fabulous presentation. I recommend:

🐠 Hamachi Yuzurina: yellowtail usuzukuri, yuzu tangerines with micro cilantro and truffle oil

🥟 Wagyu Gyoza: Japanese A5 Wagyu dumplings

🥩 Osumi Steak: ribeye with potatoes

🍣 Isewan Sushi Roll: lobster with yama gobo, shiso, ginger soy and caviar
