Fashion Friday: Work Chic + College Preppy

This edition of Fashion Friday features two completely different styles and THREE fashionistas instead of two. I’m bumping into so many stylish locals it’s hard to keep it at two fashionistas every week. Plus, there are no rules regarding Fashion Friday. So let’s get started!

Our first stylish local is Jessica. She works in Coral Gables and has the work chic style down. She was wearing a classy, black dress with a flare-hem. She paired her dress with colorblock, chunky heels from Banana Republic. Those heels are so cute they were the main reason I asked her to be part of Fashion Friday. Jessica was carrying a designer, structured satchel from Halston Heritage. That exact design is gorgeous and sold out; but I found similar satchels in different price ranges below. She accessorized her outfit with a set of Kate Spade Sailor’s Knot bangles to pull off an impeccable outfit. She looked comfortable and classy. There was even a gust of wind to blow her hair when I was taking the picture. I absolutely loved Jessica’s outfit!

I bumped into Ben and Avi on Miracle Mile. They are both Sophmore students at University of Miami and were sporting college preppy outfits. Ben was wearing a blue and white checkered shirt from Mossimo. He matched his shirt with white Tommy Hilfiger shorts and casual yet trendy Onitsuka Tiger sneakers. Avi was wearing bold coral shorts with a blue checked shirt and flip flops.
They both were wearing Raybans sunglasses. Ben sported white frames while Avi wore aviator sunglasses.
