Celebrate National IPA Day With A Beer Cocktail

Coopers’ Craft is partnering with Florida brewery, Coppertail Brewing Co. for National IPA Day. The two brands collaborated to create a unique beer cocktail recipe – the Rusty Pale. Coopers’ Craft bourbon has a soft, light flavor profile, making the bourbon an easy mixing, easy drinking bourbon that is the perfect complement to Free Dive (India Pale Ale).

The Rusty Pale combines the hoppy-ness of the Free Dive with the soft lemon custard and apple pie notes of the Cooper’s Craft bourbon creating a cocktail where the bourbon’s rich and smooth finish meets the lingering bitterness of the IPA.

Get together with your friends and host a pairing party. Try pairing the Rusty Pale beer cocktail with spicy shrimp, fried foods, sharp cheddar cheese, carrot cake, and bread pudding.

Rusty Pale – Beer Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 5 parts Coppertail’s Free Dive (IPA)
• 2 parts Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
• ¼ part Lemon Juice
• ¼ oz. Demerara Syrup
• Dash of Hell Fire Habanero Shrub or Vinegar Based Hot Sauce

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and serve in a pint glass or beer mug. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
